ASBESTOS PROJECT DESIGNER
Develop written project designs for asbestos abatement projects. 10+ years of experience in applicable asbestos regulations, asbestos exposure related health effects, personal protective equipment, skilled in work practices associated with asbestos disturbance, respiratory protection program, medical surveillance, and supervisor/contractor projects. Meets EPA AHERA requirements for an Asbestos Project Designer.
LEAD SUPERVISOR
20+ years supervising and managing lead-based paint abatements in target residential, child-occupied housing, commercial, industrial and marina facilities.
LEAD AWARENESS
20+ years working with lead safely with appropriate hygiene practices and personal protective equipment. Also knowledgeable in OSHA lead awareness in construction standards.
FIRST AID / CPR
Certified in American Red Cross First Aid. Able to recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illness until advanced medical personnel take over.
CERTIFIED NACE COATING INSPECTOR

Ultra Magnetic Testing
UMT expert. Experienced in testing steel materials by magnetizing them in order to product lines of flux. If these lines were interrupted by a defect in the material it would become clear by the creation of a second magnetic field, or flux leakage field, at the point where the defect is located.
